Variety of seals - which to choose?
- Dynamic seals: Used where components move relative to each other, such as drive shaft seals. Provide seals during rotary or linear movement.
- Static seals: Used where components remain stationary relative to each other, e.g. cover and body seals. Ensure tightness in fixed joints.
- O-rings: Versatile seals that can be used in both dynamic and static applications. Known for their simplicity and effectiveness.
