Withdrawal from the contract
If you are a so-called privileged buyer, meaning:
A) a consumer
or
B) a natural person for whom the contract you have concluded with us is directly related to your business activity but does not have a professional character for you
- in principle, you have the right to withdraw from the distance contract.
You can withdraw from the contract by submitting a statement of withdrawal from the contract for example via email sent to: sklep@eddiparts.pl.
You can withdraw from the contract within 14 days.
The fourteen-day withdrawal period begins from the moment you or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you take possession of the goods, or in the case of a contract that covers many goods delivered separately, in batches, or in parts - from taking possession of the last good, batch, or part.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send the statement before it expires.
Return the goods to us immediately at the address: ul. Stara Droga 1, 32-600 Oświęcim, but no later than 14 days from the day you withdrew from the contract.
We will refund your payments promptly as indicated in the store's Terms and Conditions, but no later than 14 days from the day we receive your statement of withdrawal from the contract.
If we did not offer to collect the goods from you ourselves, we may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of their return - whichever occurs first.
Note that the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to contracts concerning:
- goods that are non-prefabricated, produced according to your specifications, or serve to meet your individualized needs;
- goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- goods delivered in sealed packaging that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the packaging has been opened after delivery;
- sound or visual recordings or computer software delivered in sealed packaging if the packaging has been opened after delivery.

Complaints
The following content applies to the so-called privileged buyer. If you are not one, please refer to our store's Terms and Conditions for detailed information on complaints.
If we improperly fulfill the contract concluded with you, you have the right to file a complaint - preferably by email to: sklep@eddiparts.pl or by post to the address ul. Krakowska 98A, 32-650 Kęty.
In principle, we are liable for the lack of conformity of the goods with the contract existing at the time of delivery and disclosed within two years from that moment.
Under the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act, you can in such a situation request:
a) replacement of the goods
or
b) repair of the goods.
In some cases, you may also:
a) withdraw from the contract
or
b) submit a statement of price reduction
