• Cash on delivery: Pay in cash upon receipt of goods from the courier.

Order fulfilment:

• Order processing time: The processing time for your order can be checked on the product page. Orders paid by fast electronic transfer or cash on delivery placed before 12:00 pm are usually shipped the same day.
• Delivery: We offer courier delivery within Poland and the option for personal collection at our headquarters. We soon plan to extend delivery options to Slovakia and the Czech Republic.

Delivery costs:

• Delivery costs vary depending on the chosen method and are detailed in the order summary. For some products, especially those with unusual dimensions, weight, or requiring special care in transport (such as glass, which we also offer with an installation option), the delivery cost may be 0 zł with possible personal collection, as it is difficult to determine their price in advance. If you have any doubts before placing an order, we encourage you to contact us so we can find a satisfactory solution for both parties.

• Some products may require individual delivery cost calculations. Look for information on the product card or directly in the cart during the order process.
• We start processing prepaid orders immediately after payment is recorded.
• You can shop without registering, but creating an account will facilitate future purchases and help us grant you discounts more quickly.
