The XSTO CT250S is a no-compromise solution for professionals, combining a powerful tracked drive with a load capacity of up to 250 kg with two unique systems: automatic platform self-levelling and lateral frame extension. Designed to enable safe, single-operator transport of the most challenging loads: heat pumps, vending machines, heavy control cabinets, central heating boilers, safes and catering equipment.

Intelligent automatic levelling: An integrated electric actuator with a thrust of 2000 N continuously analyses the angle of the stairs and automatically levels the loading platform. The goods being transported remain in a secure, upright position at all times. This prevents the centre of gravity from shifting, drastically reduces the operator’s effort and protects sensitive equipment from tipping over.

XXL telescopic loading platform (side-sliding system): This model handles wide, oversized loads with ease. The unique side-sliding system allows the platform width to be smoothly extended from the base width of 706 mm up to 1110 mm (with a maximum single-sided extension of 202 mm), providing excellent support for wide crates and machinery.

Independent drive systems (Flat / Stairs mode): With a single switch, a linear actuator with a force of 5000 N changes the trolley’s geometry. On flat ground, you manoeuvre using the support wheels, and when you reach stairs, you instantly activate the tracks for vertical movement.

Next-generation power and performance: The powerful 500W 48V DC motor effortlessly climbs stairs at a speed of up to 43 steps per minute under full load. The lightweight, removable lithium battery (3.1 kg) guarantees an impressive range of up to 71 storeys on a single charge.

Maximum stair protection: Tracks made from a special rubber compound reinforced with steel cord guarantee perfect grip on the edges of steps (even on granite or tiles), whilst leaving no black marks and causing no scratches to the surface.
