Description
Sliding bushing for the pin of the Lonking CDM6025 / Sunward mini excavator. Its main function is to work with the pin in the machine's joints — where the arm, bucket or other excavator components need to rotate or move smoothly and in a controlled manner. The sliding bushing allows rotation or articulated movement without excessive friction between the pin and the surrounding housing. In practice, it protects more expensive components — such as the cylinder eye, arm or connectors — from excessive wear, and absorbs shocks and vibrations generated during digging or hydraulic work.
This allows the excavator to perform work under load safely, stably and with less risk of damage. If the original pin or joint in your machine is worn, replacing it with such a sliding bushing gives you the chance to restore the proper functioning of the moving connections of the arm or bucket, improves the service life of the structure and reduces play in the joints.
