Description
The M20x1.5 wheel stud, 121 mm in length, is a key component for securing the rim to the wheel hub (front drive axle) on both internal combustion and electric forklift trucks. It ensures the wheel is securely, safely and stably mounted, which is critical for operator safety and the correct transfer of high dynamic loads during the transport of heavy loads.
Made from hardened steel with a higher strength grade, the pin is resistant to deformation, shearing and vibrations occurring during intensive manoeuvring. The precision-machined M20x1.5 thread ensures optimal guidance and secure tightening of the wheel nut. The part is primarily designed for the popular Hangcha (HC) forklift trucks from the CPC30-38, CPCD30-38 and XF series, with lifting capacities ranging from 3.0 to 3.8 tonnes.
