Description
The HELI left-side brake drum (3.0–3.5T) is a component of the braking system used on the front or rear axle of HELI forklifts with a lifting capacity of 3.0–3.5 metric tons. It is a steel mounting plate that serves as the base for the brake shoes, spreaders, and other parts of the drum brake, and maintains their correct position relative to the brake drum.
Its function is to ensure stable operation of the entire braking system, transmit forces during braking, and protect components from displacement and wear. The “left” version is designed for the left side of the vehicle’s axle and is not interchangeable with the right version.
